副鼻腔炎の手術について

海外在住です。副鼻腔炎のCTを取ったところ、ポリープ、そして鼻の周り、眉間がCTで見る限り骨が少し薄くなっているとか（炎症や膿で）というように言われました。重症で緊急を要するレベルなのか、大丈夫なものなのか、この場合の一般的な治療方法なども知りたいです。
専門医にかかりたいのですが、保険の問題で日本で手術を受けたいです（必要であれば）帰国をしなくてはいけないので、緊急を要する感じかどうか専門医に電話しましたがまずは来てくださいとなります。診察の為に帰国するのも大変なので、私の症状からの手術、緊急性などを教えてほしいです。一般的にでかまいません。
私は、骨が薄くなってる（薄いのか、溶けてるのか？）画像からだと思いますが、ほとんど不透明な感じで、片側ではなく両方ふさがってる感じ。

There is almost complete opacification of the frontal sinuses and ethmoid air celles.There is almost complete opacification of the left antrum and there is mucosal thickening together with a fluid level in the right antrum.There is swelling of the nasal turbinate bones and soft tissue density obstructs the nasal passageways especially the middle meatus on both sides.There is somewhat irregular an thickened soft tissure in the postnasal space.There is some mucosal thickening within the spheroid sinuses.The bony septa of the ehtmoid air cells are poorly visible most probably due to loss of bone density from chronic inflammation.The findings are consistent with nasal and sinus polyposis and inflammatory involving all paranasal sinus groups.
