甲状腺エコーの見方教えてください
person40代/女性 -
来月で満１３歳娘。６か月ぶりの検診。The overall size of the thyroid gland is normal although the configuration is somewhat bulbous and the echotexture is diffusely heterogeneous and nodular with normal vascularity.The right lobe measures 4.2 x 1.2 x 1.6 cm, giving calculated volume of 4.5 mL.There is no intra-or extra thyroidal solid or cystic mass nor are there calcifications .Sonographically normal appearing lymph nodes are noted along the bilateral cervical chains. There is no evidence of encasement or displacement of the major neck essels.IMPRESSION:Constellation of findings supports your clinical diagnosis of autoimmune thyroiditis withno dominant nodule.１娘は’悪化してますか？癌や副甲状腺だいじょうぶですか？２半年でtshだけ正常から４．５００までが正常範囲のところ９．３７０と高いです。t4 FREEは１．１６正常です。このエコーの結果からtshが上がった相関性は’ありますか３エコーこの状態でどの’頻度でやったらいいですか
