１０歳娘chronic lymphocytic thyroiditis１年前ぶりのエコー。The overall size of the thyroid gland is normal although the configuration is somewhat bulbous and the echotexture is diffusely heterogeneous and nodular with normal vascularity There is no intra-or extra thyroidal solid or cystic mass nor are calcifications.The left lobe measures 3.8 x 1.1 x 1.1, giving a calculated volume of 2.5 mL. There is no intra-or extra thyroidal solid or cystic mass nor are there calcifications.Sonographically normal appearing lymph nodes are noted along the bilateral cervical chains. There is no evidence of encasement or displacement of the major neck vessels.IMPRESSION:Constellation of findings supports your clinical diagnosis of autoimmune thyroiditis with no dominant nodule.１娘は悪化？ガン他疾患新しく見つかった’のでしょうか？２副甲状腺大丈夫ですか
