義理の弟の心臓疾患について

私の義理の弟（中国人）が、心臓の病で上海の病院に入院をしていましたが、手術が怖く無理矢理退院してしまいました。中国の医師が記した症状が以下のとおりです
After admission, relevant examinations were completed. Coronary angiography revealed:
- The left anterior descending artery (LAD) had diffuse lesions throughout its course, with the most severe stenosis (60–70%) at a specific segment;
- The diagonal branch 1 (Diag1) had proximal stenosis of 60–70%;
- The left circumflex artery (LCx) had diffuse lesions throughout its course;
- The obtuse marginal branch 1 (OM1) was occluded;
- The right coronary artery (RCA) had diffuse lesions throughout its course, with distal stenosis of 70%.
Surgical treatment was recommended, but the patient requested discharge for self - recuperation. After informing the patient and his family of the situation and with the ward round of senior doctors, the patient was discharged.
